Clean up Kenosha with the First-Ever Wisconsin Marathon Plogging Run

Running makes you feel great on the inside, but plogging makes the outside look great! Plogging is a new activity that involves picking up trash while on a run.

Join the Wisconsin Marathon for its first-ever plogging run on Saturday, November 3 at Simmons Island Park. The free run will start at 8:30 a.m. and be 30 minutes long. Each runner will be provided a garbage bag to carry while on the run.

Event organizers will provide a jug of water, but all runners are asked to bring their own refillable water bottle to help alleviate creating more trash. Parking is available at Simmons Island Park or in downtown Kenosha.

Other Wisconsin Marathon plogging runs may be available in the spring at other locations, depending on weather conditions.
